How to place an order?
- You may register yourself using your email address or you may purchase as a guest without registering as well.
- Click on the product you are interested in buying.
- Click on the “BUY NOW” button.
- If you are interested in buying more than one product, you may click “ALL” or any category from menu to view other products and then choose another product. After choosing another product, click on the “BUY NOW” button again. Your shopping cart will automatically add this item to your cart.
- Update any quantities or variation you may want to alter for each of the product and then click “Update cart”. Click on the button “Proceed to Checkout” to finalize your order.
- Fill up the form with your shipping information.
- Choose payment method as convenient for you.
- Click “Place Order”. That’s it and you are done with the shopping!
- Delivery will be made as per the timelines mentioned against the product you have purchased.
How do I get myself registered?
On opening the website the login tab is viewable on the top right corner of the website. Simply click on it and you will be required to fill a form with all information. Once, the form is completed and submitted, you will be asked to confirm your email address using the link given in the confirmation message. After which you will get registered automatically to our website and hence be eligible to start purchasing from our website.
I am placing my order for the first time, what happens next?
You will receive a confirmation call from our customer support representative on the number you have registered with us within 24-48 hours. If you do not receive our call within 48 hours of placing your order for any reason, please contact us on our whatsapp (+92-333-2119282) or you may also call us on +92-333-2119282 from 12:00 pm – 7:00 pm for any queries, you can also email us on email@example.com.

I have missed the order confirmation call, what happens now?
In case you have missed the order confirmation call, we will send you a SMS on the cell number provided in the order and will also send an email on your registered email address asking you to confirm the order you have placed.
If you reply with “Yes” the customer support representative will confirm your order without any further confirmation call to you.
What are your delivery timings?
The delivery of products will be within 3 to 5 days in karachi and 5 to 7 days out of karachi.
What is the procedure of payment?
